Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements
If you are within the return period of 30 days, we offer you 3 options :
- Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for the same size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not permitted. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.
- Refund details and vouchers
By default, the reimbursement method is credit.
If you wish to receive a refund on the payment method used for your purchase, you must notify us on the return form.
Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect do not incur a restocking fee.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
- Replacement of an incorrect or defective item. We We are really sorry! Please send us an email at contact@Bricolo-Pro.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (e.g. wrong/defective item)
- A photo or a video
How long does it take to get a refund?
Typically, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.
How to return an item?
- Each return request must be accompanied by a form of back.
- Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your article along with this form to thereturn address that we will communicate to you by e-mail.

Late or missing refunds:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank
- Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days

Return Costs:
The customer is responsible for the payment of own shipping costs for the return of an item. If you receive a credit, it will correspond to the amount you paid. If you have notified that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product ordered.
If you would like an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2-7 weeks to reach you.
Warning :
If you are shipping items worth more than €50, we strongly suggest that you return the product to us with a tracking number.
